In-Home Personal Training
Do you desire the ease and convenience of exercising in your own space? Would you prefer to exercise using minimal equipment? Is the health club atmosphere not the place for you?
After a brief phone consultation to review your goals and exercise abilities, we will schedule a personal training appointment where I will lead you through a workout in your home or office.
Investment:
1 session: $65
4 or more sessions scheduled in a month: $60 per session
Exercise Program Design
Do you know how to exercise but aren’t seeing the results you want? Do you belong to a gym, but are not sure how to make the most of your time there? Would you like to train for an event like a marathon or triathlon?
After an initial meeting, I will design a monthly exercise program for you to follow. Each day of your training week will have specific direction on what you need to do to accomplish your goals. I will check in with you weekly via email to answer questions and assess your progress. Phone calls can be scheduled as needed.
Investment:
Initial meeting: $60
Monthly program: $100
Corporate Wellness Options
Do your employees need information on living a healthier lifestyle? Would your company like to train together for an event like the Bolder Boulder or the Denver Rock & Roll Marathon? Do your employees want an on-site exercise option?
I can do a series of 30 minute lunchtime presentations geared at promoting lifestyle change through exercise, nutrition and stress management; design and lead a weekly exercise class for your employees or even put together a group training program based on a common goal.
